Share Replaces Export. The biggest workflow change since the Tech Pack. Export is gone, replaced by one Share panel with two tabs — Document (the whole export UI: meta fields, page list, logo, live preview) and People (collaborators and the view-only editor link). Download PDF sits in the footer, and the panel now stays open after a download instead of closing on you.
📄
Your Share Link Is the Rider. Publishing builds the PDF, uploads it, and hands you a link. Edit the plot and the link a venue already has updates in place — same URL, new document. It renders inline on phones instead of showing page one and stopping, and it works on locked-down guest wifi. A revoked link now says so, rather than offering a download that fails.
🖼️
A Real Social Card. Paste a share link into Slack, iMessage, or socials and you get a branded card with your plot name and your own overhead render on the top sheet — not a raw, oddly-cropped screenshot whose shape changed with every plot.
📑
Reorderable Export Pages. Every page is listed separately — Overhead, 3D, Input List, Output List, Bill of Materials, and each custom Tech Pack page. Drag to reorder; the order drives both the preview and the PDF. An eyeball toggles any page off.
🧭
Stage Directions on Plot Pages. UPSTAGE / DOWNSTAGE / AUDIENCE / STAGE LEFT / STAGE RIGHT now ring the Overhead and Tech pages, the way a printed stage plot is expected to read — and they follow the plot when a landscape plot rotates onto a portrait page. Plots also get proper margins instead of running flush to the page edge.
🧾
Bill of Materials Is Opt-In. The BOM is a gear count for the production side, not something most riders want stapled on, so it no longer ships by default — still one click to include. Also fixed: odd channel numbers were invisible in the Input List preview, and rider header fields could leak between plots.
🎛️
Console Scene Converter. A new free tool at /convert turns an X32/M32 .scn into a Behringer Wing snapshot, in the browser. Channel names, perceptually-matched strip colours (the two palettes are unrelated — passing the index straight through turns green into blue), stereo-linked pairs collapsed, DCA and mute groups, EQ bands, and the real input patch read off the routing blocks so AES50 stageboxes land where they actually are.
🎚️
Export Console Scene from the Input List. Push your channel list straight to the desk: X32/M32 .scn with names, nearest-match strip colours and +48V on phantom-flagged channels; a name CSV for A&H dLive / Avantis / SQ; and Wing.
⏱️
LTC Timecode Generator. Another free tool, at /timecode-generator. Pick a frame rate and a start time, download a SMPTE LTC WAV — or a numbered batch as a zip with timecode running continuously across the whole set. Durations snap to whole frames, so no two files ever open on the same label.
📦
Custom Models — Elite. Upload your own .glb gear and drag it in like any catalog item, from a new always-visible Custom library category. The upload dialog previews your model against a 5'11" figure with aspect-locked sizing and Z-up / yaw fixes before anything is stored. 25 models, 250 MB total, 20 MB per file. Uploading is gated; rendering never is — collaborators, share links, and downgraded accounts all still see the real model.
⌨️
Keyboard-Driven Library. Press L to open the item library with the search focused — the + button is now a labelled Library pill. Arrows walk the categories, Enter opens one, arrowing onto a variant flies its menu out, Right/Enter steps in and Left/Esc steps back. Place a whole rig without reaching for the mouse.
👥
Manage Shares from My Plots. Leave a shared plot — previously there was no way off a plot someone had added you to. Expand an owned shared plot to see everyone on it and remove people without opening it. Badges now spell out "Shared · editor" or "Shared · viewer" so you know which side of the share you're on.
✉️
Invites Always Email. An invite sent to someone who already had an account used to grant access silently and send nothing — the one person who could act on it was the only one never told. Everyone gets the email now.
💎
Starting a Collaboration Is Elite, Joining Is Free. Invites and share links are an Elite feature; taking part in one you were invited to works on any plan, so an Elite owner's crew never needs to pay to be on the plot.
🛟
Save Conflict Guard for Editors. The stale-write check only covered plot owners — the one branch least likely to race. An editor, who by definition has someone else in the document, could overwrite a collaborator's newer save with no warning to either party. Both paths are covered now.
🎯
Centerline Guides. Cyan guides light up when an item lands on the stage centerline, hold briefly after the drop, then fade. Items were always pulled toward center — now you can see it happen instead of guessing.
🔲
Bounded Play Area. Placement and 2D zoom-out are clamped to the grid you can actually see, and the boundary resizes with the stage. This also fixes a reported bug where a default stage deck could silently collapse the play area — decks wouldn't drag past an invisible square and Overhead refused to zoom back out. Flown items no longer fall to the floor on restack, either.
📐
Tech View Dimension Tool. Auto-placed dimension lines are replaced by a crosshair click-drag draw mode that snaps to horizontal, vertical, 45°, and the half-foot grid, with full support for diagonal rulers. Dragging a ruler is now smooth — it repaints only the overlay instead of re-rendering the whole 3D scene every frame.
🔠
Label Text Sizing. A point-based stepper up to 200pt replaces the four fixed presets.
📏
Consistent Snap. Drag snap is a steady 0.5 of whatever unit you're working in and follows the ft/m toggle, which has moved below the stage dimensions in the New Plot dialog.
🎸
New Catalog Items. Ukulele, Banjo, Accordion, Tabla, Tambourine, Sousaphone, Kick Drum, and Floor Tom join the Instruments tree, plus a Drum Kit (1 down) — a four-piece with no rack tom. Also new: a Cable Ramp, and a 10×10 Canopy Tent that sits over your gear rather than stacking on top of it.
🎤
Mic Stands Generate Input Channels. Placing eight vocal mics used to produce an empty input list. Each stand now carries a Vocal / SM58 channel with the stand type — Tall Boom, Short Boom, Straight, Straight (Round Base) — written into its notes, and your Mic Defaults still apply. Stands already on a saved plot aren't backfilled; re-place them, or toggle "Add to Input List" off and on.
🧮
Input / Output List & Tech Pack. Custom columns can now be deleted from the Columns dropdown. Each Tech Pack tab gets an "Include in Tech Pack" toggle, BOM rows get a delete X, multi-select uses a subtler highlight, Sample Pad is now Drum Sample Pad with channel names to match, and the 2D view is called Overhead (was "Classic").
✨
AI Builder. New setup macros, quantity multipliers, and a much broader vocabulary.

Speed & Polish. Significant optimizations for speed, performance, and stability throughout the app and the site.
